Q: Can anyone help? I cannot print anything at the moment because my pc is insistant that the cover on my printer is open-when it, most decidedly, is not! I have cleaned it and turned it off and on to no avail, is there anything else I can do or is it bu66ered? Thanks in advance,
A: delete your printer and then reinstall with the latest drivers
