Q: Hi, I have a HP 3650 printer which up until now has printed colour text correctly. Last week I got a new PC with Windows Vista and although the printer is working, the colour print comes out a different colour to what was set. Blue prints as purple.........Green prints as orange & so on. Any ideas how I can correct this issue (I have checked all the places & properties within the printer tools but I cannot get the colour to be correct). Hope you can help.
A: go to hp web and download update for your printer.try a new set off cartridge hp brand not a refill type as the colour don't not de the same as hp .driver work for me
