A: Click on print, the printer menu should pop up, select Properties (next to your printer model). On the main page select envelope for the paper type and Envelope #10 for the paper size. On the same menu, you can select print preview, so you view the envelope before you print it out. I however do not use this option for printing my envelopes. I go into MS Word and select Mailings, then envelopes (you may have a different Office application than mine, so yours may be in another tab). Then all I do is type in the address, my return address and select print.
