Q: keeps repeating 7 orange then 1 green over and over. I cleaned print head , did the waste ink reset and still having troubles :) please help
A: This is your problem according to the Canon website. Of course they do not tell you how to fix this problem. After lighting in green, the power light flashes orange 7 times consecutively (Print head error). Good Luck trying to solve this. I went and did a quick search, but didn't find a solution. Someone else on this site may have a solution. If not call Canon and don't let them put you off. Keep going through the Customer Service reps until you get to the upper management.
