Q: I was printing color labels on an HP color laser jet3500c. I removed the jam, but now I can't get the door shut. I'm working on the weekend, so there is no one here to help me and I don't want to leave it broken for Monday. Ok, I got the door closed, but now there is pink on overything I print. I can tell that there is still a piece of label in the printer, but I don't know how to get it out. Does anyone know?
