Q: paper at the same time.
A: The most cost efficient way to do this is to save your document and go to the nearest staples, office depot, office max, kinkos and have them print them out for you. Or just print one out and go to the office stores and copy them. If you want to do this inhouse then a laser printer would be fine. I would give you suggestions but don't know you're price range. If your looking for cheap then get the Brother HL 2040 or 2140. Works great and its cheap.
