Q: Hey all, I have a HP Photosmart 2575 All-In-One printer and I'm having a problem. Each time I go to scan something or make a copy of something, it prints out these two big large black lines on my paper as if i had two pieces of opaque tape laying across the screen when I go to scan something. Why???? What can I do to fix it? P.S. Nothing is taped to the screen of my copier.... Thanks to anyone who answers!
