Q: I am trying to print to a Konica Minitola 7235 printer. Every time I send a print job to it and look in the queue it says 'Printing-Printer Busy or Error'. I have made sure that the driver is correct, I have reinstalled the driver, I have reinstalled the printer, I have restarted the printer, I have restarted my machine, I have done everything I can think of. I have checked all the cables, and the queue is clear. There are no other jobs waiting to print. I have power cycled the printer several times as well just to make sure. It is on a network but I am able to manage all printers.
