Q: my printer is a Lexmark X2500 all-in-one.... I'm having a little trouble with the alignment of the printed documents: everything that I print out seens to be crooked! I've tried literally everything, but for some reason, nothing's working... am I doing something wrong? I changed the ink, but nothing happened.... still not wokring... I've gone to Lexmark's help & support, and it wasn't helpful at all I've literally tried everything lol and I don't know if it's the ink, or the paper
A: Have you done a head alignment? If that does not work and your ink cartridges are inserted correctly, try printing a page and hand feed one piece of paper through (just gently push the paper when the rollers grab it). It sounds like one of your rollers is not working and misaligning your paper.
