A: Here are the process of how to replace ink cartridge... 1. Power on the computer and open the printer cover. The ink cartridge holder moves to the replacement position. 2. Press down the semi-circular tab to release the cartridge and then remove it. 3. Remove and replace each cartridge individually. 4. Take out a new cartridge from its casing and remove the orange protective tape. 5. Insert the ink cartridge into the ink cartridge holder. 6. Push up on the front of the cartridge until it locks. 7. Then, close the printer holder 8. Wait until the preparatory opreration is complete; it takes one to two minutes. >> Hope this will help. :)
