Q: I own a Cannon MP610 and for some reason the quality is now awful. it was good at start but has dropped considerably. The ink levels are high, I've done the cleaning process but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone know why?
A: You may need to do more than one cleaning. If you have a clogged printhead, then you will probably have to do 3-4 cleanings. Did you run a nozzle check/test page to verify if the printheads are clogged?
