A: The 620 is a relatively new printer. Have you been doing a lot of printing with it? It shouldnt have hit this problem so soon. You can try this: press the STOP and B&W start buttons while hitting the Power-On button. Here is some info on resetting the counter using SSC service. It may not support your printer yet.
