Q: I have a mac, i try to burn cds and it wont let me cause it says something about the laser. It worked perfect before then all the sudden it says failed to burn....something about the laser. I cant seem to figure out what it is. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
A: Your computer has a problem with the laser that reads the disc. If you can play the disc but not burn it, you can just open the disc manually (without iTunes or any media player) and copy the files from there to your computer.
