Q: I have had problems with my printer as it won't print out black. According to the indicator I did have ink in the cartriage. I went ahead and changed it anyways putting a new one in. It still won't print out black. It does print out colour. I am about to throw this thing out the window. I need to print out something today....help
A: I've got one. Connect the printer, turn it on, & open the 'preferences' or 'options'. Look for the Advanced tab, click, and check the box 'Black & White' printing.
