A: I doubt if it's truly random. You mean it prints the wrong letters. You may have the wrong printer driver installed in your computer. Try replacing/updating that. Otherwise, it's the printer hardware. Not worth fixing. Printers are dirt cheap now. Head for your local Office Max, Office Depot, Best Buy, Circuit City, or even Walmart and get a new one.
