Microsoft Office 2007 Printer Problem?

Q: When I print word documents from Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 the Text prints out blank. However my printer works fine when i print off E-mails , memo pad , internet etc , it is just when I try printing off any documents using word. When I look at the print preview the Text is there. The Name of my printer HP Deskjet F300 appears in the printer name box ,the status box says Idle which is different when i print off from other applications where it says ready. I use Windows Vista Home Premium. Can someone help me solve this problem. Tried printing from wordpad but the page was blank how do i remove and thenre-install the printer drivers, sorry i am not very good with computers, any help would be greatful

A: 1. If you save the files and open and try to print them from Wordpad (no formatting) does it print? -- Is it all documents or just 1 or 2 of them? (could be document corruption). --> Yes then it is something with the default template for Word. Remove and re-install the program. --> No. Try printing a simple line of text from Wordpad. Usual suggestion "This is a Test". Does that print? --> Yes. Then remove and re-install Word. --> No. Remove and re-install the printer drivers. -- Will watch for any additional details and will update then. **Update: Your printer driver is probably listed as the HP Deskjet F300 Series. But if you look at the front of the printer it will tell you exactly which of the 300 series printers it is. Click on this link to download the drivers (or if you can find the disk that came with the printer use that). http://search.hp.com/query.html?cc=us&lang=en&qt=Deskjet+F300+&la=en Go into Add/Remove programs, remove the drivers and unplug the printer from the back of the computer. Reboot the computer and then run the setup file off the CD or from the "expanded" files (from downloading the file and double clicking on it). Plug in the printer when the install program directs you too.
