Q: The photos don't print perfectly on the paper... it cuts off half the picture... I have Microsoft Word and Paint, and I can't buy any other programs... how can I print photos?? I know there are lots of questions just like this one, but I didn't find the exact answer... I don't have PhotoShop and I'm not allowed to download stuff from the internet. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Thanx in advance BP
A: Select "print preview" from the "file" menu. When your preview is on the screen make sure that you have "shrink to fit" selected in the "scale" box at the top of the screen. Put your photo paper in your printer and press "print" in the top left hand corner of your screen. A box will appear. Make sure the name of the printer you are using is selected then click "properties". Here you can specify the size (6X4) of your paper and also change the quality of the paper to "photo paper". You may also have to specify which source the paper is coming from (manual feed or something similar). Click "OK" on the boxes to close them and your picture should print out fine. I hope that works, let me know if it doesn't and I'll have another think.
