Q: to use for printing out my digital photos?
A: Epson R280, R380 or RX595. They use 5 different colors plus black and can even print on DVDs. They have a built-in scanner. The warranty is excellent. For a year Epson will express-ship a replacement and pick up the old one should you need this. The first two models are discontinued or about to be, so you can find them for about $60. Epson.com was sellng the 595 for $99 on their site recently. Epson ink (like all brand name ink) is expensive, but you can find great replacement cartridges for under $5 at http://ccs-digital.com/ink.asp These are new cartridges. Never use refilled ones.
