Q: Ok, i got my printer to work, but the only prob when it prints out something its kind of smudgy?? any suggestions why or what i can do about it???
A: I think your cartridges are not aligned properly, you can go to your printer preferences and try seeing if there is any option you can use to align the cartridges.
