I have a HP Photosmart C5280 All in on Printer. HELP!!!?

Q: When I go to print I have two options. Simple Print or Advanced Print. Under the Advanced print it says you can add borders and things to the photos. I don't know how to do that. I can put a white border around it when I do a simple print but I want to be able to add festive borders. Please somebody help.

A: If HP made things easy for people they would probably remain #!, but since they don't all I can say is "Go Epson". Seriosly though, you are more than likely going to have to put Borders on your pictures before you get into your print menu. You are either going to have to use the HP software to add/insert a border, then print or under Advanced, you should have options/preferrences. Use the Advanced print setting and open edit/setup/options/preferrences tab to acces the borders available. You can also go the HP Help and search for printing borders. As you can tell I am not a huge HP fan. They are not consumer oriented. As long as they get the sale out the door, you are the one left to figure out how things work. I used to work for them and now I work for Epson. The difference between printers is huge. I will never own another HP printer again after learning what I now know about them. But, more power to all you people who have and love your HP's.
