Q: It won't do anything, I tried to scan something, and all it says on the little screen thing, copies=1. And I can't push cancel, I tried to copy, and nothing works, what can I do.?
A: Do you have a LCD screen or someway through your computer that you can restore default settings? If not I would unplug it for atleast 30 minutes, then plug it back in. I doubt this will work, since I believe you need a new printer, but it is an option. If you do get a new printer, stick to Canon, Epson or HP. If you notice all the people on this site having serious problems with their printers, you will know why.
