A: The only thing I can imagine is they don't want you to print information from the web page. Kind of like not being able to copy and print a photo on sites where the photo has a copyright. I've never had this problem except when email comes with the code instead of the message in words. Does this happen every time or just on some pages? I thought printers copied only what they actually see. One thing you can do is to turn the printer off, unplug it and let it sit. Try printing. If that doesn't work, go to Control Panel, Add/Delete Programs and remove the printer program. Then reinstall and try printing. Go online to the printer manufacturer's site and see if there is any information there or if the company has a sales office you can call.
