Q: my printer says theres a printer error and the catridge wont move when its supposed to. i can move it if i push it myself just fine though. how can i make it work? its a epson stylus photo rx580
A: if you push it yourself you risk damaging the printer. you should be able to hold down the ink button (it should have a photo of a drop of ink) for several seconds and the cartridges should move to the replace position. or you can right click on the printer icon on the lower right and get a menu which should have "buy ink" or "replace ink" to move the cartridges.
