Q: I have a HP 1400 series printer and it wont print. I'm getting a message saying it's "offline". I dont know how it got offline and I have no idea how to fix it. I sent HP an email but customer service hasnt answered me yet (8 days ago). Any ideas??
A: well frind....First, make sure it's power on, and all the cables are secure. Then, go to the control panel > printers, right click on the printer and choose "use printer online." i think this will work gud luck
