Q: I might highlight about 3 paragraphs to be printed under the "selection" designation, but my HP 1310 series prints only about two of the paragraphs. I have new ink cartridges so that's not the problem. HP tech support I thought helped yesterday but the problem is back today.
A: The answer to this is going to depend on what you are printing from (Word, the internet, Excel, etc). Generally there should be a print setup or preview option which allows you to physically view how the printout will look. If what you're seeing on the screen in this "preview" mode matches what you're seeing in the print out, then you'll need to adjust the margins so the whole selection prints. Another option is to copy the selection into some other format and try printing from there.
