Q: OK, so all I'm doing is scanning photo's to my computer. I'm not printing. Everything seems to be hooked up fine. Yet I don't have any ink cartages in my printer, so is that why it's not letting me scan my pictures?
A: no thats not the problem uninstall/install the scanner drivers
