Q: what is wrong with my printer?? i want to print but when the printer loads in the paper it starts to print but the paper is not fed completely in. sometimes i have to physically push the paper in but then it smudges the ink onto the paper!!!GRRR!!! then it says there is a paper JAM!!!! im out of ink....but this was not a problem earlier. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!???:] im desperate!! thank you.
A: Your printer may have a paper feed problem..Clear all papers from paper bath and see if theres paper still jammed. We know heat and humidity cause paper jams. papers may wrinkle, bend or rip along the edges...Go and check the pressure rollers and make sure that they are always clean .. Discard any damaged or crumpled paper and reload new papers into the paper supply tray.
