Q: I am trying to print off my HP PSC 1210, but it won't print. I select the item that I am trying to send to the printer and it shows in the queue, but it also shows another document waiting in queue. Document: Flash Status: Deleting-Error-Printing 1 Page 5.38 MB How do I get this out of queue and print the document that I need? I have tried right clicking on the Flash and using cancel all documents. Please help! Thanks Thinker. Trying it now. Wish me luck!
A: sounds like someplace along the way your drivers or printer software has issues, Rather thtn go thru 21 pages of annoying tech talk? heres the simple fix. uninstall the printer software and printer. ie: unplug it from the back of your computer, delete all files relivant to drivers or software add remove programs etc... and re boot your computer then go to>>> and reinstall the newest and updated drivers / software following instructions provided... fastest easiest fix.
