Q: how can i get it out its a lexmark
A: try not pulling it out from the front. It will cause possible paper jams in the future. Parts that hold paper might be disaligned. For paper jams, try to check back door panel. Remove everything completely. As much as possible don't tear paper apart so torn pieces won't be left behind. In case you tore it apart, make sure everything is completely removed.
