A: you can just try to pull the paper out the if you are successfull without breaking anything inside. do one thing disconnect power cable from printer and then keep the start and cancel button pressed and then plug the power cable back and keep the button pressed till your printer press a self test page if it does its working otherwise its broke and after this if it printed you will have to the initial setup but you saved your printer.
