Q: i need to up date kb940199 but it keeps saying it don,t a play to my system but it does it won,t let me down load it have to have this for my printer to work i all so went hp photo for help but still can,t find driver i have hp 3100 photo smart printer please help been trying to grt this to work over a month and i well say this i sure don,t know what i,m doing and need your help thanks 10 points who can get this blasted printer to work i tryed microsoft down load it won,t let me down load it please can some one tell me how to get this kb940119 be sides micorsoft once again i give ten points who can help me oops kb940199

You may have to validate your copy of windows b4 it gives you the Dl.
