Q: i have an assignment to do which says to list the consumables of a printer i dont even know what consumables are and have tried dictionaries.. also if you can answer that question you might also be able to list the consumables of an mp3 player and scanner aswell? thanks
A: printer : consumables depends on TYPE of printer Laser class : Toners, Fuser (generally a consumable), transfer belt (colour lasers), OPC drum (sometimes 4 on colour machines), transfer roller, feed rollers Inkjet printer : Ink tanks Dot Matrix / daisywheel printer : Ink ribbon MP3 players and scanners DO NOT have consumables, as they do not "consume" anything
