Q: I am having a problem with my Hp Psc 1310 ... It says the the Print spooler is not running ans RPC service is not started . . . The rpc is started and fine .... but theres no print spooler option the the services window !! Need help , i need to fix this printer as soon as possible . Thanks in advance I have also tried reinstalling the drivers ... No luck Sorry guys .. it didnt work out .. But still thanks for helping
A: Your print driver needs to be re-installed. I'm having the same problem. Just go to the HP website and download the specific print driver for your printer. It's free. Usually takes a few minutes. Or sometimes the printer manufacturer includes a CD when ya buy the printer. If you have the CD just pop that in..it's a lot quicker.
