Q: it doesnt let us print / fax / scan / copy anything else. we tried deleting the document thats printing and it didnt work. i even tried restarting the printer, but nothing works. help?
A: first you want to open your printer control panel control panel --> printer/faxes --> click on the affected printer If there is anything listed there, select it and hit delete. That should stop it. If there isn't anything there, then that is extremely weird and you are going to have to contact the manufacturer. Best of Luck!
