Q: I have a HP Deskjet 3745 but lost the installation CD. Went to the HP website, but they don't have a driver specifically for 3745, instead they have one for 3740. I tried that driver, but it seems incompatible, because I can't get my printer to work. Does anyone have any other solution?
A: Try this Go to the site listed Click Support and troubleshooting (Lower left) On the top right, click contact HP Here you have a choice to email HP with your problem or chat with a HP tech live via the Internet. There is no charge, it is free I myself use both options..It works for me
