Q: The Automatic Document Feeder takes the page half way, but fails to grab any more. The scanning glass works perfectly, but when I go to Scan or Copy a sheet of paper, the rollers can't feed the entire page. I tried cleaning the top 2 rollers and the 1" rectangular pad that the pages touch first. I used alcohol and water. The rollers turn, but cannot grip.
A: You should have the rollers replace and I don't think it would cost that much. The HP service kits come a full manual and all of the bits the do the job You have tried cleaning and that is all you can do. Check out the HP site or email them
