A: Sounds like you're printing out of a Microsoft application. This is an option to print the document properties that has been selected. Open the application, go to your apps toolbar and select "Tools," then select "Options," now select the "Print" tab, find the section labled "Include with document," find "Document Properties" and click on the check box to clear it. Now whenever you print you should get just what you printed, not the document properties along with it. Best of luck.
