A: After checking out the Canon US site, I was unable to find your model there. Doing a quick Google search, I found your model on the Canon Australia site at http://www.canon.com.au/products/printers/colour_bj_printers/S100SP_drivers.aspx As to why it is not on the Canon US site, I'm not sure.
