A: This link will download a guide to set up your machine using any of the three methods supported. USB, Hardwire Network, or Wireless Network. http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/bsc/public/as/au/en/doc/manual_index.html?reg=as&c=au&lang=en&prod=mfc640cw_all&type2=8&flang=English&dlid= This link is for the main download page for the unit. If your disk that came with the machine does not have the Vista drivers, they should be here on the downloads page. Plus there are other helpful links. http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/BSC/public/as/au/en/model_top/colormfc/mfc640cw_all.html?reg=as&c=au&lang=en&prod=mfc640cw_all This link is for the Vista drivers for your machine. Use the full driver package if your disk does not have the Vista program on it. Download to your machine and then run the program, BEFORE you hook up the machine to the computer. It will tell you when to attach the cable to the computer. Only the power and phone line should be attached before running the software. http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/bsc/public/as/au/en/dlf/download_index.html?reg=as&c=au&lang=en&prod=mfc640cw_all&type2=1&os=74&flang=English&dlid=
