How can I get my Epson C92 to print?

Q: I printed two out of three pages in a document, and then it stopped. The machine is brand new, and I had not printed anything in color, only black. The ink monitor showed every color as empty, although I didn't believe it. The machine was checked by a technician--he said the only problem was that it didn't have black ink. I installed the black ink and tried to print, but ended with a blank sheet of paper. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and tried the test print. It says the printer works correctly, although I notice it doesn't have any writing in black. I tried to print with black ink again and ended with another blank sheet. What should I do?

A: you need a head cleaning process, go to your printer right click and hit preferences hit maintenance and then head cleaning...follow the screen messages, if its finished try hitting nozzle check for the printer output performance, repeat it until the output is good.
