Q: Jobs stuck in print que. Cannot delete or cancel print. The only way to clear is to delete the printer and drivers then reinstall. I've got plenty of memory space and I supposedly have the most "up to date" drivers. HP psc1300 Series All-In-One printer.
A: I kinda copy pasted this from my previous answer. if its stuck on queue. Manually delete the pending documents first. Right click on the printer icon and click cancel all pending documents.
