Q: Photosmart C4200: It shows Documents in queue but when I click print it just adds another document to the queue without printing. Didn't work it just added another document to the queue. I now have 14 copy's of the same document pending Unplug it for 5 minutes all it done was add another copy to the queue.
A: its stuck on queue. Manually delete the pending documents first. Right click on the printer icon and click cancel all pending documents.
