Q: i have a lexmark printer and i ran out of colored ink so i bought some...it was the right kind and i have black ink too. but when i print stuff it is all faded like there isnt any color in there.. why? i dont know whats wrong with it...its really faded and discolored...what should i do? thanks.
A: Sometimes when you change the ink the jets can get clogged. There should be something under your printer properties to let you do maintenance and clean them just through the click of a button.
