Q: I'm using it with mac os x, and whatever I print (word document, pdf file, email), it cuts it off about a half-inch from the bottom. At the top of the page, or at the sides, it prints much closer to the edge, but it always cuts of the bottom. Any ideas? I tried calling HP, but for them to help me I have to purchase more warranty. How do I make sure the paper size is set correctly?
A: This happens regardless of what you print and from every application you print from? Check to see if you have the latest drivers installed. Here you have a link to drivers for your product. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=428800&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&submit.y=0&submit.x=0&lang=en&cc=us This might be a longshot but have you set the papersize correct? Letter or A4 ? Double check that.
