Q: I have Lexmark X6170 printer. When trying to print the printer drags the paper only on one side which causes the paper to jam or print sideways. The paper goes sideways every time and its really annoying. What might be the problem? How can I fix it?
A: This seems a defective paper roller. Have it repaired by a professional because this kind of prob will require opening the unit with adequate knowledge on the service manual it.
