Q: my husband restored the computer and then tried to reinstall the printer. while it is installing and after it installs the software, an error message appears "App4r.exe has stopped working" appears and shuts down the printer. the funny thing is that the printer software actually installs complete with an icon on the desktop. so when i go to click the icon, i get this error message again! so i have installed printer software in my computer and i can't even use it. anyone have this problem?
