Q: I had a paper jam, so I removed the paper, and immediately afterward, the printer freaked out and made weird noises. It stopped, but the ink cartridge was not in its original starting place (on the right side as you look at the printer)...it was on the left side. I unplugged the printer and replugged it in, and the ink cartridge is on the correct side now, however it won't print anything. I've sent two documents now to the printer, and it hasn't even made a sound. Any ideas?
A: Yup you did the same as me with a paper jam. I am not sure what got damaged but mine was only two months old and HP replace it for me
