Q: I was trying to print some music that I had gotten off my Church's website when my paper jammed. After unjamming it the first time, it kept jamming, so I went into the printer queue and selected cancel for the print job. That was yesterday morning. The print job is still waiting in the queue and I can't get it to cancel. Because it's there, nothing else will print until it either prints or cancels. Even turning off the computer and rebooting didn't do anything. Is there a way to get it off my printer or do I have to wait for it to cancel? If so, is there some sort of glitch that's causing it not to cancel and how can I fix this? We need the printer for my husband's homework assignments that are due soon. Oh, yeah, we have an HP Officejet-All-in-one 4200 Series
A: Try unpluging printer if that doesn't work you can uninstall printer then re install it.
