Q: i have a AIO Photo 924 from Dell and it is showing "Carrier Jam" and the ink carrier indexing strip fell off (thin transperant strip) Can anyone please tell me how to put the strip back on. thanx.
A: You mean the strip that looks like a Bar Code. They just hook on both ends but there could be a spring there as well. If the carrier is jammed try this, gentle move it one way and if it feels free move it to the other end. If it is jammed you will need to have it repaired
