Q: sometimes my printer files disappear.why idk?i have reinstalled it 4 or 5 times.it'll work fine for a few days.then the next time i use it,i get no device found messages.i go to my pc device page and my printer is missing from said page. any ideas?
A: this could be a fault on the printers PSU or a cable problem. Check the cables first. if it is the PSU you will need it looked at
